Ali's point about difficult questions was re-inforced for me by the latest Clutterbuck Associates e-mail newsletter - which mentioned the value of "Massively Difficult Questions". They will be featuring some of these in forthcoming newsletters (this month's is "who are you trying to avoid being like?").
