WELCOME TO THE NATIONAL MANAGEMENT NETWORK
Turn up your volume on your computer to hear this post or read the text below.
"Hello and welcome to Apogee Reflections [renamed], a purpose built blog to support the National Management Network. If you have got this far then congratulations, you are in at the start of a really exciting initiative that is being funded by the Department of Health and is project managed by the Institute of Healthcare Management.
This weblog is being used as a temporary interim measure whilst the IHM updates its own website with a special area for all National Management Network participants. We may decide to keep this going once the new discussion forum is in place just as a dedicated space to 'reflect' upon management issues raised elsewhere. This is a test post so come back again very soon"

Just type in your comments in the box, please make sure you choose an identify, preferably 'other' and leave your name and a website or contact details within your comment so I can get back to you.
This is a test of the comments function.
The reason all comments are being moderated is because we would be hit by automatic spam and unsuitable comments and porn from hackers and this hopefulfully will keep them out.
Thank you for your understanding.
Hi
Seems easy to access even for a non-tecky like me

Welcome Shirley and Roger let's see if some others will join us.
Yes, I've also accessed this without any problem.
Looks very impressive and 'up to the minute' Jozefa. It'll be interesting to see how it takes off...!
Hi
Worked fine - and I like the idea of minimising the effect on mail boxes.
Well done Josefa. Very user friendly.
I have at last found time to gain access again after my initial unsuccessful attempt and found it straight forward. Lets hope it is used as a real health management vehicle. Best wishes - Peter R
Thanks Peter, am pleased you found it so easy to use. Help me please to spread the word that this blog exists and see if we can get some meaningful reflections on here about what it is like to manage in healthcare and how we can support each other.
Congratulations, Jozefa. This looks very good, and I am sure it will be a great success.
A couple of observations. Each comment has a time - but not a date (unless I have missed it). And I see that there is the space for a username and password in the boxes below this comment dialogue box - do we just leave these blank?

Hi John,
Welcome to Apogee Reflections blog and thank you for your kind words. In answer to your questions, no, there is no date associated with comments, not sure why, and the best thing to do when leaving a comment is to click on 'other' type in your name and, unless you have a website, leave second box blank.
